Customizing Your Workout
If you are looking at your Sparta Packet and you are confused… Don’t worry! We can help.
The first thing you need to determine is whether or not you need help customizing, or if you should just do the workout exactly as it is written. If you have experience working out, you should probably just do the program and ask about a specific exercise if you don’t know what to do.
The first thing everyone needs to do is self-customize the program by finding out what # of reps they should be using for the exercises. This is a very easy thing to do, but you may still want a workout partner to help you decide.
This program is designed to slowly build up your conditioning to the point where the 300 Workout is accomplished. In our 2 years of running this program though, we have not seen anyone complete the 300 without following the Eating, Supplement and Workout Plan at least 80% of the time.
